UNT needed to furnish several lecture halls with a mix of seated height, pneumatic height, counter height, and bar height tables and chairs.
The catch: new furniture had to match existing pieces elsewhere in the building as closely as possible so the spaces felt consistent and intentional, not pieced together.
The Challenge
Our Approach
Through onsite discovery, the Plano Office Supply team walked the existing spaces, captured finishes, and documented functional needs by room. To achieve a cohesive, multi height solution, we specified:
Allsteel Aware table tops paired with
Berco bases in multiple heights, and
Allsteel Inspire chairs in corresponding heights
This combination allowed us to hit UNT’s visual standard while giving each lecture hall the right ergonomics for different seating tiers.
The Outcome
Zero disruption to classes
Installation was completed over summer break so rooms were ready before students returned.
Seamless visual match
New tables and chairs blend with existing furniture, maintaining a consistent look across the building.

After the project, UNT reached back out to reorder the same solution for additional spaces, citing our coordination and attention to detail.
